Company specialists was set Cygnus Multiple Echo Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge on SuperGNOM Pro underwater vehicle.

The Cygnus Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge is designed to measure the remaining thickness of metal structures, cladding hulls of ships and underwater pipes.

Jointly with Super GNOM PRO, Cygnus allows the operator to work in areas which inaccessible to larger probes or divers.

The multiple echo thickness gauge measures metal thickness and corrosion without removing protective coatings.

The supplied software displays the time, date, and measuring the thickness of the surface, which can be saved and printed. Additional repeater (TSR) is a remote device for display of the thickness measurements and to overlay them on a video signal.

The Cygnus Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge is pressure tested to 500 m.

This model of Cygnus is set to SuperGNOM ROV by an optional mounting Cygnus S1 Probe Handler.
